#29 – Your Mid-Year Review in 10 Steps
Can you believe we’re halfway into 2021 already? It’s about 6 months ago you would have set your goals for this year – if you tend to set goals around 1st January of course – and the good news is: you’ve still got 6 more months to reach those goals or to get back on track if you’ve gotten off track a little bit. Or maybe it’s time to readjust some of them so that you don’t need to ditch your goals altogether?
I’m a huge fan of setting goals, but I’m almost a bigger fan of doing a mid-year review of those goals to help me evaluate my progress and make sure I don’t feel I’ve wasted a whole year. Especially if by now some of my goals haven’t received that much attention yet.
In this episode I discuss my 10 step process to doing a mid-year review of your goals, and now is a great time to do so as we’re about to go into the second half of 2021.
